Once the download of the compression utility is completed, double click on the compressed file to open it. All of the files will appear in the compression utility window, highlight all of the listed files contained within the compression file window and then locate the “EXTRACT” button at the top of the page.
Select the “EXTRACT” button and a directory window will appear asking where to extract the files to. You must make sure that you choose to extract the files to your DESKTOP and not some other file folder on your computer. Once this is verified, select the “OKAY” button.
Once the files have been extracted to your desktop, locate and run the program named “ISP_V5.2.2.exe” file.
